Waterfall: sequential phases | Agile: iterative sprints | Hybrid: mixed approach. May create narrative tension if ill-suited.

⚙️ Gameplay Settings

These settings control your experience - difficulty, coaching, interaction style. They are always your choice (never randomized by the LLM).

Controls event frequency, severity, stakeholder complexity, and resource pressure. Does NOT affect what guidance you see — that's the Guidance Level below.

Controls how proactively NPCs volunteer PM knowledge. Tutorial = everything explained; Senior = NPCs assume you know the basics.

A PCO can handle admin tasks (budgets, reports, minutes) but quality depends on their hidden skills.

Controls whether you see coaching tips and to-do suggestions. Independent of difficulty — you can play on hard with full coaching, or easy with no hand-holding.

Autopilot uses its own planners that mirror these priorities — documents, meetings, status reports, and action items are handled automatically.

Auto-save state before each day advance. Rewind to any previous point.
